Who we are
Content Screamer is a service of VWT S.r.l., Via Tosi Bellucci 2, 40133 Bologna (BO), Italy, VAT IT04195681202. VWT S.r.l. is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, write to info@contentscreamer.com.
This notice covers the websites www.contentscreamer.com and www.contentscreamer.it.
What data we collect
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider records technical data for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and the referring page. These data are needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use them to identify you or to build profiles.
To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you: it gives us aggregated statistics on the pages viewed, the referring sites, countries, browsers and device types.
When you contact us
Through the contact form or by email we receive the data you choose to give us: name, work email, company, role, your message and, if you ask for a GEO analysis, information about the brand to analyse (website, sector, country, audience, competitors, positioning and the prompts you suggest). Required fields are needed to answer you; the others are optional.
To protect the form from spam and automated abuse, the contact pages use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open these pages, Cloudflare processes technical data about your connection and browser (such as your IP address and the characteristics of your browser and device) to tell people from automated programs. We only receive the result of the check.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a GEO analysis or a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To manage the relationship if you become a client. Legal basis: the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations, such as accounting (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To deliver the site and keep it secure (technical data, including the anti-spam check on the contact pages). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To count visits and improve the site (aggregated statistics, without cookies). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who receives it
Your data is handled by our team, and only by the people who need it to answer you. We use Google as a service provider for website hosting (Firebase Hosting), for the server that forwards the contact form to our inbox (Google Cloud) and for email (Google Workspace): Google processes the data on our behalf, as a data processor, under a data processing agreement. We use Cloudflare for visit statistics (Web Analytics) and for the anti-spam check on the contact pages (Turnstile): it processes the technical data described above under its privacy policy and its Turnstile privacy terms. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
How long we keep it
- Technical data: for the limited time our providers keep them for security and operation.
- Contact requests: for as long as we need to handle your request and any follow-up. If you become a client, for the duration of the contract and then for the time required by law (for example, ten years for accounting records).
Cookies
This site does not set cookies and does not use tracking tools. Two Cloudflare services load from outside the site: Web Analytics on every page, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you, and Turnstile on the contact pages, which protects the form from spam and may store in your browser the technical data strictly needed for the check. Neither is used for advertising or to track you. Fonts and images are served by the site itself. If this changes, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@contentscreamer.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the country where you live or work.
